Product specifications: 

1.Mechanical structure:

   A. The thermal Shock Chamber  meets the thermal cycling reliability test specifications (GJB150-2002, CNS, MIL, IEC, JIS). 

   B. Test samples are placed in the shelves with Japanese high torque linear motor driving the valve of the storage area to guide air circulation, meeting the purpose of testing the average temperature in the cold and heat temperature test.

   C. Special design is adopted by thermal shock chamber to save space and get moderate operate altitude. So it is easy for maintenance of thermal shock chamber.

   D. The insulating layer consists of anti-fire PU and high density fiber cotton to acquire best performance. In addition, the new design of K-type anti-sweat duct system is used to make the instrument more precise.

   E. Two groups of adjustable stainless steel shelves is available in the test area.

   F. High load pulleys are installed in the bottom of the machine to facilitate the movement of the machine.

   G High-cold-resistant stainless steel has the ability of high tightness even in the serious temperature conditions.

 

2.Refrigeration and temperature control system:

   A. It is equipped with the automatic and manual defrost system;

   B. U-type fin-speed heater;              

   C. K-type inner spiral refrigerant copper tube;

   D. A France Tecumseh high-efficiency and low-noise compressor;

   E. Slope type Fin-tube evaporator;

   F. Original imported electromagnetic valve, dry filter, capillary and other frozen components;

   G. Water-cooled condenser;

   H. A high quality and environmental protection R404a/R23 refrigerant;

   I. A France Tecumseh semi-hermitic compressor is adopted in the refrigeration system to acquire binary refrigerating and rapid effect.

   J. The multi-wing circulating fan is adopted in the storage area to improve the average temperature efficiency by forcing air flow.

   K. P.I.D and SSR microcomputer are used in the hot-and-cold area and the test area to make automatic calculation of high control precision for temperature control

 

3.Air circulation system and drainage system:

   A. The drainage system adopts the volute drainage and U-TRAP deposition apparatus.

   B. Multi-wing centrifugal circulating fan is connected to the power saving motor made in Japan through the stainless steel long axis.

   C. Air supply: horizontal diffusion curved vertical heat exchange loop.

 

4.Description of control system:

   A. Automatic circulation shock and manual selective shock are all available in this system.

   B. The color touch screen is used in the controller for convenience setting and microcomputer SSR used for automatic temperature control.

   C. Two area or three area shock are all available as well as forward or reverse start.

   D. Maximum cycle up to 9999 times;

   E. If the instrument fails to work, the instrument will be shut down automatically with warning signals.

   F. If you wants to set high or low temperature individually, time control up to 999H59M is available.

 

5. Security protection system:

   A. Thermal Shock Test Chamber  is equipped with no fuse protection switch.

   B. Under-voltage protection and translation protection are available in the control system.

   C. There is a over-temperature protection switch.

   D. Overload protection device and high-and-low pressure protection switch are equipped in the refrigeration compressor.

   E. The fan motor and air-duct gate motor are also in the overload protection.

   F. The instrument is equipped with the self-detection function to find the failure point for easy maintenance.
